The Parish Council manages several sports facilities for use the public and sports clubs.
For regular use, the hire will be by contract with agreed terms and conditions – contact the Parish Office for details. Ad hoc usage fees are as follows:
Football and Cricket pitches
There are a variety of pitches for hire at both Everton & Hordle Recreation Grounds.
Currently New Milton Town Robins Youth Football Club hire Hordle Rec and Milford-on-Sea Youth Football Club hires Everton Rec .
For other hirers, the Council will consider and decide on a case by case basis.
£80 per day/ £40 per half day (4 hours)
Hordle MUGA
The Multi Use Games Area at Hordle Rec is marked with courts and can accommodate 5 a side football, basketball and tennis (in the summer).
It is free to access and use for the public.
For regular bookings for clubs, classes, etc, the council will consider each on a case by case basis £20 per half day (4 hours) or £5 per hour)
Boules/ Petanque
The Boules/ Petanque pitch at Hordle Rec is used regularly by Hordle Boules Club. There is also a regular Tai Chi class there.
It is free access and use for the public (Tai Chi classes are charged by the operator).
